Registered Pharmacies

We require all pharmacies listed on our platform to be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and, where applicable, hold the appropriate MHRA registrations for the sale and supply of medicines, including distance selling requirements.

Online Medicine Sales

Pharmacies offering medicines via our platform must comply with MHRA guidance relating to online sales, including the display of the EU/UK common logo (where applicable), provision of clear contact details, and adherence to prescription verification and safeguarding procedures.

Advertising and Information

We ensure that information displayed on our platform is accurate, balanced, and not misleading. We do not promote prescription-only medicines directly to the public. All content relating to medicines is reviewed to align with MHRA and ASA guidance on medicines advertising.

Reporting and Safety

Any concerns regarding medicines safety should be reported to the relevant pharmacy directly or via the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme. We cooperate fully with regulatory authorities and will promptly remove or suspend any listing that does not meet regulatory standards.
